Pinnacle Call Solutions is a subsidiary of Pinnacle Travel Services, LLC which was formed on July 15, 1999, incorporated in Delaware, and registered with the office of the Secretaries of State in both California and Delaware.  It is currently headquartered at 390 N. Sepulveda Blvd, Suite 3100, El Segundo, California 90245.  

Pinnacle was established specifically to provide call center telephone customer service and reservations support to a Fortune 100 company, a relationship which continues to this day. Many of our employees, both in senior and mid-level leadership, as well as agents, come from call center careers that predate the formation of Pinnacle.  

 

With our expertise in call center management, we are well aware of the need to accommodate hours of operation and staffing levels to maximize productivity, while maintaining customer service quality. To that end, Pinnacle employs appropriate work force management solutions and expertise to maximize both cost-efficiency and service excellence.  At present, the entire company, consisting of nearly 300 employees, works in Pinnacle’s 25,000 square foot call center in El Segundo, California with some 275 work stations. 

All aspects of employment, from recruitment and training to the operation itself, take place in this location.
